Frederick Lane Rogers, Jr. was born 8 January 1888 and died 7 March 1971. He married Emma Ovanda Hayes, born 4 November 1894, daughter of John Floridan Hayes and Hattie Louise Baker, on 7 August 1915. Emma Ovanda died 27 December 1971.
